This article is about how to configure your Wi-Fi Router on a proxy network connection. If you follow the next steps you must succeed to configure your router.
The first step is to acces your router settings menu. For this is necessary to set your network adapter on automatic mode ( visit this for more information). Also make sure that your browser don't use proxy settings.
Now you are ready to connect to your router settings menu. Check Router's instructions for the ip adress (eg. 192.169.0.1). Type it in your browser and use the router password (eg. admin). Go to LAN settings and select staticIP. Ask your network administrator for IP, Subnet Mask, Gateway and DNS Server . Then, after you configure your router, go to browser internet settings and select "use proxy server" option.
Don't change network adapter settings!!
